The 20th issued 1897 Morgan Silver Dollar!

Only a little over 2.8 million 1897 Morgan Silver Dollars were minted at the Philadelphia Mint. This is a much lower mintage in comparison to other Morgan Dollars minted at the P Mint.

Morgan Silver Dollars are one of the most popular coin collections in the world. The design by George T. Morgan depicts Miss Liberty with a liberty cap and headband imprinted with the word "LIBERTY." The reverse of the coin features a heraldic eagle with three arrows in its left talons and an olive sprig in its right talons, which symbolize strength and peace.

The Morgan Silver Dollars are made of 90% silver and weigh 26.73 grams!
